Qatari Ambassador to Iraq Arrives in Erbil

Today, Monday, November 17, 2025, Reber Ahmed, Minister of Interior, and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, welcomed Sultan Mubarak Al-Kubaisi, Ambassador of Qatar to Iraq, and an accompanying delegation at Erbil International Airport. The Ambassador is scheduled to participate in the Middle East Peace and Security Forum (MEPS) in Duhok.
 

This year's forum will see the participation of President Barzani, the President of the Kurdistan Region, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, the Prime Minister of Iraq, and hundreds of leaders, political figures, representatives, diplomats, and other academics from various countries. They will discuss the conflicts and challenges of the Middle East and seek long-term peace and solutions to the challenges.
