Erbil... Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq and the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture

Today, Sunday, August 25, 2024, in the presence of Begard Talabani, Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Khaled Al-Hneifat, the Jordanian Minister of Agriculture, and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, the ceremony for signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan took place.
 

This agreement marks a new chapter in the agricultural trade between the two regions.

During the event, in addition to showcasing various agricultural products and foodstuffs, it was emphasized that advancing modern agricultural methods and encouraging the adoption of modern agricultural techniques and technology can increase production and efficiency in agriculture.
