A land was provided for several industrial projects JAN 18 2022

This afternoon, Tuesday, 2022.1.18, under the supervision of Omed Khoshnaw, the governor of Erbil, and the presence of all members of the provincial council, a meeting of the Development and Support Committee for Industrial Projects was held.
In the meeting, after evaluating the projects, their work, products, goals and purposes, out of 31 projects that called for land supply, 20 industrial and heavy and medium-term projects were allocated to the Erbil municipality presidency, and (4) projects were rejected and 7 more projects were requested to be studied.
It is worth mentioning that the Development and Support Committee for Industrial Projects in the past year 2021 to develop industrial projects and increase the number of local products and encouragement The private sector for investment in the capital Erbil in the fields of (iron structure factory, electrical equipment, converter, food industry, paper production factory ... Etc.) has allocated extensive land to build 70 heavy and medium industrial factories in the erbil city border, which will benefit greatly in the near future to improve the industrial sector and increase job opportunities for the capital Erbil's youth
