In Erbil… North Caucasus University Festival of the Russian Federation

Today Monday, October 9, 2023. In the presence of Hamay Hama Saeed, Minister of Culture and Youth, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, Russian Consul General in Erbil, Deputy Minister of Education, Farhang Ghafoor, Director General of Culture and Arts of Erbil and a significant number of officials, educators and students, an educational, artistic and cultural festival was held in the Cultural Hall of the University of the North Caucasus in the Federal Russia.
