In Erbil maternity hospital. The neonatal intensive care unit and part of the operating theatre were opened after renovation

Today, Thursday, December 15, 2022. Dr. Saman Barzangy, Minister of Health and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, accompanied by Nabaz Abdulhamid, Erbil Central Mayor and Dr. Dlovan Mohammed, Director General of Health.

In the presence of a representative of the World Health Organization (WHO), a number of parliamentarians, the director of the maternity hospital and a number of other doctors and staff, in a ceremony, they opened the neonatal intensive care unit and part of the operating theatre of the maternity hospital, which was renovated by the support of World Health Organization and implemented by Heevie Health Organization.

After opening and visiting the neonatal intensive care unit, the governor of Erbil, while congratulating the doctors and staff of the hospital, stressed that the presence of this health service in Erbil provides an important service to the citizens.
