The study aims to qualify a group of Peshmerga with certificates to serve on the military fronts. For the first time, a study of military first aid was opened in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

During the ceremony, a number of speeches were delivered that emphasized the importance of the medical field, especially for the Peshmerga forces and the disciplined army, explaining that this specialized medical branch is responsible for providing medical services to the Peshmerga forces and the army in times of war and peace.

It is worth mentioning that military paramedics represent a medical specialization focused on research and practices related to protection and treatment for Peshmerga and soldiers during both peace and war.
