Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Arrives in Erbil

This evening, Saturday, January 31, 2026, Berivan Aymaz, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, arrived in Erbil. She was welcomed at Erbil International Airport by Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, Dr. Vala Fareed, Kurdistan Parliament Member and Deputy Head of the Barzani Charity Foundation, and a representative of the Kurdish diaspora.
 

The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is scheduled to hold a series of meetings and discussions with Kurdistan Region officials during her visit to Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.
